What to do if my mspa B100 Alpine shows SPL or SPH error code?

If your MSpa Hot Tub displays the error code “SPL” or "SPH", first, turn off the power, plug it back in, and ensure the pin plugs are correctly connected before restarting. If the error persists, check for frozen water in the spa or control box; use warm water to thaw any ice and raise the water temperature above zero degrees. If the code is SPH indicating an abnormally high temperature, stop using the spa and contact your country's MSpa service center.
