Handle Knobs
Thehandleheightmaybeadjusted.Loosentheknobs
andremovethe carriageboltsto changethe position.
Reinstallandtightenthe hardwarewhencomplete.
Engine Controls

Throttle Control
Thethrottlecontrolleverislocatedon the engine,it
controlsthe engine'sspeedand stopstheengine.
* Withthe throttlecontrolmovedcompletelytotheleft,
thecarburetorisin STARTor FASTposition.Use
maximumenginespeedfordeeptilling.
* Movethe throttlecontrolleverto the rightto reduce
enginespeed.Throttlecontrolshouldbeat IDLEfor
transportingthetiller.
Movethethrottleallthe wayto the rightto stopthe
engine.
Primer
Theprimer,locatedonthe engine,is usedto pumpgas
intothecarburetorandaid instartingtheengine.Useit
tostarta cold engine,butdo notuse it to restarta warm
engineaftera shortshutdown.
Recoil Starter
Therecoilstarteris locatedon theengineandisusedto
manuallystarttheengine.
