  If the power button on your Munchkin baby accessory doesn't respond, try these steps: First, plug the unit into a power source using the USB cable to recharge it. Also, verify that the USB cable is properly connected to the power source by removing and re-inserting it securely into the port. If the device hasn't been used for a while or the battery is completely drained, recharge it for 10 minutes before use. If the internal circuit is damaged, the unit must be returned to Munchkin for after-sales service.

  If the UVC light on your Munchkin baby accessory stays on after opening the lid, check if either of the upper cover detection switches is dirty and wipe it clean with a cloth. Also check if either one of the safety pins is broken. If a switch is broken or the internal circuit is damaged, the unit must be returned for after-sales service.
