Unpack pressure washer
Remove everything from carton except pressure washer.1.
Ensure you have all included items prior to assembly. If items are 2.
damaged or missing, call 1-800-528-5087.
Open carton completely by cutting each corner from top to bottom. 3.
Attach handle and accessory tray
Place handle (a) onto base. Make sure holes in handle align with 1.
holes on base.
Insert carriage bolts (c) through holes from outside of unit and 2.
attach a plastic knob (d) from inside of unit. Tighten by hand.
Place accessory tray (b) over base (viewing from rear of unit). Make 3.
sure holes in accessory tray align with holes on base. Push the tree
clips (e) into the holes until they sit flat against the accessory tray.
Add engine oil and fuel
NOTICE You MUST properly fill engine with oil before attempting to start
pressure washer.
NOTICE DO NOT use E85 fuel.
NOTICE DO NOT mix oil with fuel.
Move pressure washer outdoors to a flat, level surface.1.
Remove oil fill cap (A). Slowly pour entire contents of oil bottle (h) 2.
into oil fill.
Replace and fully tighten oil fill cap.3.
Remove fuel cap (B). Add clean, fresh, UNLEADED fuel. Allow space 4.
in fuel tank for fuel expansion.

Replace fuel cap. Let any spilled fuel evaporate before starting 5.

Move pressure washer
to safe operating location

Connect spray gun
Attach high pressure hose (g) to spray gun (j). 1.

Uncoil high pressure hose and attach to high pressure outlet. 3.

Connect water supply
NOTICE If inlet screen is damaged or missing, DO NOT use pressure
washer, call 1-800-528-5087.
Inspect garden hose inlet screen for damage. 1.

Clean screen if necessary. Refer to operator’s manual for instructions.2.
Run cold water through garden hose for 30 seconds to clean out 3.
any debris. Garden hose length must not exceed 50 feet (15 m).
Turn off water supply and attach garden hose to water inlet. Tighten
by hand.

Start pressure washer
NOTICE You MUST connect and turn on water supply fully before
starting engine.
Turn on water supply.1.
Put on safety goggles.2.
Push trigger lock (red button) on spray gun and pull trigger until 3.
water comes out in a steady stream. Release trigger to locked
position.

Place spray tips (f) in slots on holder that’s attached to wand (k). 4.

Attach wand w/spray tip holder (k) to spray gun (j). 5.

Choose desired spray tip (f), pull back collar of quick connect on 6.
wand w/spray tip holder (k). Insert spray tip and release collar. Tug
on spray tip to make sure it is securely in place.

Move throttle lever (C) to FAST (7. ) position.

Press primer bulb (D) firmly 5 times, waiting 2 seconds between 8.

When starting engine, position yourself as recommended and grasp 9.

Then pull rapidly to start engine to avoid kickback. After each starting
attempt, where engine fails to run, always point gun in safe direction,
press red button and squeeze spray gun trigger to release high
pressure.

Point gun toward surface to be cleaned. Push trigger lock (red 10.
button) and pull trigger to begin spraying.
Stop pressure washer
Let engine idle for 2 minutes.1.

WARNING Outdoor use ONLY. DO NOT start or run engine indoors
or in an enclosed area, even if windows and doors are open.
Running engines give off carbon monoxide, an odorless,
poison gas that can cause nausea, fainting or death.
WARNING Risk of eye injury. Spray can splash back or propel
objects. Always wear indirect vented (chemical splash)
safety goggles, marked to comply with ANSI Z87.1 when
using or in vicinity of this equipment. NEVER substitute
safety glasses or dry-condition goggles for indirect vented safety
goggles.
WARNING Starter cord kickback (rapid retraction) can result in
bodily injury. NEVER pull starter cord without first relieving
spray gun pressure. Pull starter cord slowly until resistance
is felt, then pull rapidly. Kickback will pull hand and arm
toward engine faster than you can let go. High pressure can cause
spray gun to kickback. Hold spray gun with both hands during use.
WARNING Failure to read and follow the operator’s
manual and all operating instructions can
result in death, bodily injury, and/or property
damage.
WARNING Fuel and its vapors are flammable and
explosive. Turn off engine and wait at least
2 minutes before refueling. Let spilled fuel
evaporate before starting engine. Always allow
space for fuel expansion.
WARNING High pressure water spray can cut
through skin. Never spray people or animals,
as injury can result. Spray gun traps high
water pressure, even when engine is stopped
and water is disconnected. ALWAYS point spray gun in
safe direction, press red button and squeeze spray gun
trigger, to release high pressure, every time you stop
engine.

Prepare for Operation

Move to Safe Location

Move the pressure washer outdoors to a flat, level surface, ensuring adequate clearance from surroundings.

Connect Spray Gun and Hose

Attach the high-pressure hose to the spray gun and the pressure washer outlet, removing shipping caps.

Connect Water Supply

Inspect and clean the inlet screen. Run cold water for 30 seconds to clear debris before connecting.

Start Pressure Washer

Initial Setup and Priming

Ensure water supply is on, wear safety goggles, and prime the engine by pressing the primer bulb.

Attach and Select Spray Tips

Attach the wand with spray tip holder and select the desired spray tip, ensuring it is securely in place.

Engine Start Procedure

Set throttle to FAST, then pull starter cord slowly until resistance, then rapidly to start.

Begin Spraying

Point the gun towards the surface, engage trigger lock, and squeeze the trigger to start spraying.

Assembly and Maintenance

Unpack Pressure Washer

Remove all items from the carton, check for damage or missing parts, and open carton carefully.

Attach Handle and Accessory Tray

Place handle onto base, align holes, and secure with carriage bolts and plastic knobs.

Add Engine Oil and Fuel

Fill engine with oil before starting. Add clean, fresh, unleaded fuel, allowing space for expansion.

Stop Pressure Washer

Idle and Shutdown Procedure

Let the engine idle for 2 minutes, move throttle to SLOW, then to STOP position.

Disconnect Water Supply

Turn off water supply and relieve any retained high water pressure by squeezing the trigger.

Storage Preparation

Disconnect the garden hose and high-pressure hose. Refer to manual for long-term storage instructions.
