      If the heater on your Muskoka Indoor Fireplace isn't working, first, make sure you're operating it correctly. Also, check that the safety switch is in the "ON" position. Ensure that the thermostat is set to a temperature higher than the current room temperature. Also, check if the sliding door is dirty or clogged. If it is, unplug the unit, clear any dust and debris, wait five minutes, then plug it back in and try turning on the heater again.
