The Device has a 2 (two) year legal warranty from the
date of purchase. Please keep this part of the leaet.
To exercise the rights under the legal warranty, you
must present it together with the original invoice and/
or receipt certifying the purchase of the Device. The
provision of the legal warranty is the responsibility of
the merchant from whom the Device was purchased.
All complaints in connection with the application of the
legal warranty should be addressed to the Merchant
from whom the device was purchased.
The warranty and post-warranty service of the device
is performed only by authorized services of Allterco or
its partners.
Warranty claims may be rejected in the following cases:
• When the Watch has been repaird by an unauthorized
service center or an unauthorized person;
• In the event of defects in the Watch or any of its
components, including the wristband, caused by im-
proper use, transport, installation, operation or stor-
age (overload, mechanical damage, shock, droping,
force exertion, exposure to temperature, humidity
and liquids or other factors outside the permissible
limits), use of the product for other purposes or in
a manner other than as described in this User and
Safety Guide.
• In case of use with defective or non-original char-
gers, cables, batteries, information carrier, including
SIM cards;
• In case of an attempt to replace or manipulate the
software;
• In case of differences between the data in the pur-
chase documents and the product, as well as in case
of suspicion of forgery of a document;
