      Crackling noise or intermittent audio in your NAD Headphone can occur due to a couple of reasons: * The ribbon cable connection might not be fully inserted at either the audio source or the earcup. Ensure a full and secure connection. * The connection at either end of the audio source or earcup could be damaged. If this is the case, try using a new ribbon cable.
