Identify key rear panel sockets: Network, Display, Audio Output 1, and Mains Input.
Connect network, display, audio output, and power supply cables to the server.
Switch on the server and connected equipment; wait for the Home menu to appear.
Insert a CD, close the drawer, and the server begins ripping automatically.
Use the handset to navigate to Ripping Monitor to view progress.
Use the handset to navigate to System and Output Selection, choosing Output 1.
Select Browse Music from Home menu, choose an item (Album, Artist, Track), and Play Selected.
Access popular, recently ripped, and newest items quickly via the Quick Play menu.
Switching off via rear panel power is not normally necessary; use handset standby key.
Press handset standby key or hold front panel standby button for 2 seconds to enter standby.
Do not switch off from rear panel or unplug mains supply while the Naim logo is illuminated.
