Why does my NANO NDL 050 have poor dew point performance?
    • R
      Robin PhillipsAug 8, 2025
The NANO Dryer may have poor dew point performance due to several reasons. First, check if the inlet pressure is at least 4 bar; if not, adjust the inlet pressure settings. An electrical fault could also be the reason, so ensure the power is on, the dryer front panel is illuminated, and the dryer is cycling correctly. If the desiccant is moist or contaminated, eliminate the source of contamination and change the cartridges, avoiding reuse. Also, ensure the dryer's performance matches the required air consumption and check the inlet air temperature against the technical specifications. Insufficient purge air, which requires adjustment by service personnel, or a blocked exhaust silencer, also requiring service, could be the cause.

What to do if my NANO Dryer fails to cycle?
    • K
      Kim ThomasAug 17, 2025
If your NANO Dryer fails to cycle, several factors could be responsible. Begin by ensuring the controller is powered and check the on-screen column status to confirm it's powering the exhaust valves during normal cyclic operation. Also, insufficient inlet pressure could be the problem, so ensure it is at least 4 bar and adjust the settings if needed. If the dryer fails to depressurize when cycling, the solenoid valve may not be functioning correctly; if the coil has power, replace the valve (a working valve should produce an audible click when energized). Finally, check the inlet air supply in case the outlet flow stops.

How to fix constant de-pressurization in my NANO NDL 050 Dryer?
    • E
      Elizabeth GomezAug 28, 2025
If the NANO Dryer is in constant de-pressurization mode, try switching it off and restarting it. Make sure the air supply is on before powering the dryer to allow it to initialize before operation. Erratic airflow from the exhaust could also be the cause, indicating a faulty or damaged valve, which requires service.
