      Jennifer MurrayJul 25, 2025
If your Napoleon Heater turns off and won't turn back on, it might be due to several reasons: the appliance may have overheated and the safety thermal switch has tripped (unplug it or turn off the circuit breaker and allow it to cool for 15 minutes, then plug it back in or turn the breaker on), there could be an issue with the main PCB board (inspect the circuit board and replace if needed), the house circuit breaker might have tripped (reset it), or the appliance's fuse may have blown (replace the fuse).
