Ensure that no more than 75% of the grill surface is covered by objects or accessories. If the issue persists, turn the burner off, let it cool for two minutes, and relight it. After it cools inspect the burner very closely for cracks. If any cracks are found, contact your authorized Napoleon dealer to order a replacement burner assembly.
