While intended primarily as an operating
instruction manual, it is hoped that this
booklet will also serve to better acquaint
the owner of a National HRO high-fre-
quency communication receiver with the
engineering details of its design.
Only by
a proper appreciation of some of the many
unusual design features of this new re-
ceiver
is
it possible for the operator to
secure the unusually high degree of per-
formance that we have built into the HRO.
