  If the mode indicator light blinks quickly (twice per second) and the rake moves continuously, your Nature's Miracle Pet Care Product is in FAULT mode, meaning the rake has encountered a blockage. To resolve this: 1. Turn the power off and unplug the unit. 2. Clear any clumps or blockages preventing the rake from completing its cycle. Level the litter so it's below the MAX line. 3. Plug the unit back in and turn it on. 4. If it still malfunctions, check that the limit switches (on the front and rear right of the rake track) are not stuck – both should be out.

This usually happens when the rake encounters a blockage in front of it, behind it, or if there's too much loose litter piled behind, preventing it from returning home. To fix this, turn the power switch to OFF and unplug the unit. Clear any clumps or blockages using the scoop and rake cleaner. Level the litter below the MAX line throughout the tray. After removing blockages, plug the unit back in and turn it on. Ensure the side rails are clear of debris.
