If the red indicator light on your Nature's Miracle Pet Care Product blinks quickly and repeatedly, and the rake is stalled, it means the unit is in FAULT mode. This happens when the rake stalls after five unsuccessful attempts to clear a blockage. To resolve this, turn the AUTO/OFF/MAINT switch to OFF, and unplug the unit. Clear any clumps or blockages preventing the rake from cycling, using the Litter Scoop & Rake Cleaner. Ensure the Rake Track Guide is free of debris and buildup. Level the litter below the MAX line. After removing blockages, plug the unit in and power it on.
