If your Naxa Portable Stereo System remote control isn't working, first, install two new “AAA” batteries. Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the sensor on the front of the unit, and that you are within 15 feet of the sensor. If the unit has shut down, switch it off, disconnect from the power outlet, reconnect, and switch it back on.

If you're experiencing no picture, a distorted picture, or unresponsive buttons on your Naxa Portable Stereo System, it might be due to several reasons. First, reset the player to its factory default settings: Turn the unit off and on, open the disc compartment, press and hold MODE/TV MENU, press PREV/LEFT once, press REV/DOWN seven times, and press PLAY/PAUSE/ENTER/PAIR twice. The TV type option will reset to AUTO. Also, try cleaning the disc. Connect the unit to power or replace the batteries. Finally, try switching off and unplugging the unit, then reconnecting it to power and switching it on again.
