Usage Features
The washer is designed for user-friendly operation with a clear control panel and various buttons for program selection and settings.
Control Panel and Buttons:
- POWER: Turns the machine on/off.
- START/PAUSE: Initiates or pauses the selected program.
- DELAY START: Sets a delayed start time for the wash cycle, ranging from 2 to 24 hours.
- PROGRAM: Selects from available wash programs (Hot, Normal, Baby Care, Quick, Spin, Tub Clean, Drying).
- RINSE+: Increases the number of rinsing times. Also used to increase spin time or drying time.
- DRYING (NCEG30-700H only): Activates the drying function.
- CHILD LOCK: Locks all keys to prevent accidental operation by children. Activated by pressing and holding "RINSE+" and "DELAY START" (or "DRYING" for -700H) buttons for more than 3 seconds.
- LED DISPLAY: Shows washing time and program information.
Program Specifics:
- Hot Wash: Automatically uses 95°C hot water, one rinse cycle, and one spin process. Suitable for pure cotton baby clothes and diapers.
- Normal Program: Automatically uses 40°C water temperature, two rinse cycles, and one spin process. Suitable for daily clothes like towels, socks, and shirts.
- Baby Care Program: Automatically uses 60°C water temperature, two rinse cycles, and one spin process.
- Quick Wash: No heating, one rinse cycle, and one spin process. Ideal for small amounts of lightly soiled clothes.
- Spin Program: Default spin time is 6 minutes, adjustable up to 11 minutes. Dries clothes without washing or rinsing.
- Tub Clean: Automatically uses 95°C hot water, two rinse cycles, and one spin process. No clothes should be in the machine during this program.
- Drying Program (NCEG30-700H only): Offers various drying times (60, 90, 120, 150, 180 minutes).
Detergent Instructions:
- For machines without self-feeding, detergent is poured directly into the barrel.
- For machines with automatic feeding, detergent is added to the detergent box.
- Use low-foam detergent and add appropriate amounts, as excessive detergent can cause issues like excessive foam, prolonged cycles, and detergent residue.
Safety Information:
- The product is not suitable for individuals with physical, sensory, or mental disabilities without assistance.
- Ensure vehicle stabilisers are engaged and the RV/Caravan is level if used in such settings.
- Do not travel or store items in the drum to avoid damage.
- Avoid using the machine with damaged power cords or wet hands.
- Do not dismantle or repair the machine without a service engineer.
- Keep children away from the machine.
- Do not wash items contaminated with flammable or explosive substances.
- Ensure power supply voltage, frequency, and current match product specifications.
- Close the door carefully to prevent clothes from getting stuck.
- Turn off the water faucet after use to prevent leakage.
- Only use household detergents suitable for washing machines.
Maintenance Features
Regular cleaning and proper handling are crucial for the longevity and optimal performance of the washing machine.
Barrel Cleaning:
- To remove rust, use derusting paste on a soft cloth. Avoid wire brushes.
- To address detergent residues, repeat the cleaning process with a detergent that completely dissolves.
- The "Tub Clean" program is recommended monthly for thorough cleaning of the barrel.
Washing Machine Cleaning:
- Use a damp cloth to clean the exterior.
- Avoid synthetic detergents or diluents containing benzene, as they can damage plastic parts. Use chemical cleaners as described in the user's manual.
Drain Filter Cleaning:
- Unscrew the filter cap screw.
- Clean the filter.
- Install the filter clockwise and tighten the screw.
- Always place a water container below the filter before opening to catch any water.
- Do not open the filter cover when the product is running to avoid scalding.
Troubleshooting:
The manual provides a comprehensive list of error codes and common problems with their corresponding solutions, such as:
- E1 (Abnormal Drainage): Clean the filter.
- E2 (Abnormal Door Lock): Pause the program and press start to unlock/lock the door.

- If water freezes in the hose or barrel, wrap a hot towel around the hose joint, disconnect the inlet pipe, soak it in hot water (less than 50°C), and add 2L of hot water to the barrel for 10 minutes. Reconnect and check the system.
Warranty and Repair Policy:
NCE offers a 12-month warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty claims require proof of purchase and details of the defect. Repairs or replacements are at NCE's discretion. Exclusions apply for misuse, unauthorized alterations, normal wear and tear, and damage from external factors like water or impact. Damaged goods must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
