Hello, we have the 3kg NCE washing machine in our KEDRON caravan. I live off grid in FNQ. The machine doesn’t pump out water after wash cycle. I’ve been using the drain to empty water before doing a small wash to rinse washing, again removing the drain plug prior to doing a spin cycle. I have checked all the drainage pipes, no kinks, I gather it is the pump itself that needs to be replaced. Can I order a replacement water pump to get my plumber neighbour to fit ? Regards Nigel
