3. INSTALLATION AND ADJUSTMENT
3.1 Handlebar and Stem Assembly
1. Remove the protective plug from the threaded stem.
2. Push the stem into the frame as shown in the image
below.
3. The minimum insertion mark shows how far the stem can
be safely pulled out of the head tube. The mark should
always be inside the head tube (inside the frame, not
visible). Align the handlebar perfectly perpendicular to the
front wheel. Pull out the screw cover at the top of the stem
and tighten the screw to secure the position of the stem
and handlebar. Push the screw cover back into place.
4. Loosen the screws under and on the side of the stem
head. Move the handlebar up or down into the desired
position and tighten the screws again.
