Hush function
If the alarm sounds falsely due to cooking, the alarm can
be paused for 10 minutes by pressing the test button.
The LED indicator will ash every 8 seconds. Locate the
source of the alarm before using the hush function in
order to make sure that it is not a life-threatening
situation.
Cleaning and maintenance
Warning!
• Do not use cleaning solvents or abrasives.
• Do not clean the inside of the device.
• Do not attempt to repair the device. If the device
does not operate correctly, replace it with a new
device.
• Replace the battery immediately when the device
gives a low-battery warning. Only use the batteries
specied in the manual.
• Clean the outside of the device at least once a month.
Use a vacuum cleaner with brush nozzle to clean the
outside of the device.
