The lter is very dirty, or there are some
objects in the outlet or inlet.
Clean the lter and remove the objects.
The humidity or temp. is too low. It is recommended to stop the device.
More than two devices working in the
same room.
It is recommended to using one device.
Working for a long
time, but the room is
still humid.
The door or the window is open. Please close the door and the window.
There is water vapor source in the room. Please close the water vapor source.
Room space is too big.
Adjust the space or choose larger
capacity dehumidier.
Specication of the dehumidier is too
small.
Please choose a dehumidier with larger
capacity.
Too noisy

Water leakage
Using in cold weather, device defrosting
repeatedly and the ice near the water
outlet haven‘t melted completely and plug
up the draining hose.
Please stop the device regularly, make
sure the ice melts completely.
If the draining hose is clogged by some
objects.
Clean the draining hose.
If the draining hose installed incorrectly. Install the draining hose correctly.
