If your Nemaxx Dehumidifier isn't working, here are some things to check: * **Power Supply:** Make sure there isn't a power cut and that the plug isn't broken. Check if the plug is inserted properly. * **Voltage:** Ensure the power voltage isn't too low. If it is wait until the supply voltage is normal. * **Cable:** If the cable is too thin, change it. * **Temperature Protection:** If the system temperature is too high and the humidity control/temperature protection light is on, repress the ON/OFF button. * **Humidity Settings:** If the set humidity is higher than the environment humidity, the device will stop. It will auto-start when ambient humidity is greater than the set humidity. * **Water Tank:** If the water tank is full, pour out the water and put the bucket back.
