Stockage
La sellette peut être très altérée en cas de trop forte exposition à une température
supérieur à 70°C (158°F). Les véhicules ou des sacs sombres peuvent excéder ces
températures pendant les journées très chaudes.
La sellette ne doit pas être inutilement exposée au rayonnement UV, à la chaleur et
à l’humidité.
La position optimale de stockage de la protection et de la sellette est à plat. Une
exion trop importante et prolongée dans le temps peut altérer les caractéristiques
de la sellette.
Entretien
La sellette peut être lavée en machine à 30° maximum. Ne pas faire de lavage régulier.
Ce lavage ne doit pas excéder un lavage annuel.
La protection ne doit pas être lavée. Si la protection est mouillée, laissez la sécher
en dehors de la sellette sans soleil direct.
Eectuer une révision de la sellette tous les ans ou 150h de vol ou après un choc
important.
Vérier régulièrement les coutures, sangles et éléments de liaison.
Réparation
Les réparations doivent être eectuées par l’atelier NEO ou un atelier de réparation
agréé.
Validité / Suivi
La durée de vie de la protection Koroyd Propack ou de l’airbag amovible NEO Shorty
est de 5 ans à partir de la date d’achat. Cette durée est modulable en fonction de la
fréquence d’utilisation, plus longue si la protection est bien entretenue.
Les structures professionnelles doivent eectuer un suivi de l’utilisation de la protec-
tion Koroyd Propack et airbag NEO Shorty. Ce suivi implique :
- une vérication avant utilisation
- une vérication périodique
- une consignation de ces vérications
Les mousquetons doivent être réformés et remplacer après 500 heures de vol ou
5 ans.
