NEO Spring - Terms & Conditions Of Warranty

1. The Warranty period commences from the date of
installaon by the rst end-user. During this Warranty
periodofoneyear,NEOPuriersoritsAuthorisedService
Provider (ASP) will replace or repair any part of NEO
Puriers,that in the opinion of NEO Puriersor its ASP,
would be defecve in operaon due to faulty material
or workmanship (i.e. manufacturing defects) with the
exceponofconsumablessuchasSedimentFilter,Carbon
Filter & RO/UF Membrane . However , if the RO/UF
Membranegetscloggedwithinrstoneyear&/orif the
lters get clogged within rst six months, they shall be
cleaned/repaired/replacedatnoextracharge.
2. The product’s plasc body is not covered under
Warranty&hence,itmustbehandledwithcaretoguard
againstbreakage.
3. The original purchaser of the unit can avail services
under Warranty at the point of sale, by producing the
damagedpart(s)alongwiththeoriginalinvoice.
4.ThisWarrantyisvoidiftheunitisnotoperatedunder
normal municipal water or well water condions or is
subjectedtothetemperatureabove40°C.
5.ProductreturnedtoNEOPuriersoritsASPforWarranty
examinaonmustbeshippedfreightprepaid.
6.NEOPuriersoritsASPshallnotbeheldliableforclaims
exceedingthecostofrepairofthedefectsinworkmanship.
7. This Warranty Agreement shall not be interpreted to
renderPuriersoritsASPliableforinjuriesordamagesof
anykind-direct,consequenalorconngenttopersons
or property.
8. NEOPuriers or its ASPshall not be held responsible
byrepresentaveor buyerforfailuretoabide byanyof
theobligaonsofthisWarrantyAgreementifsuchfailures
aretheresultofcircumstancesofForcesMajeures:such
as,butnotlimitedto,oods,earthquakes,transportaon
strikes,labourdisputeswithoutsidesuppliersoranyother
condionsbeyondthecontrolofNEOPuriersoritsASP.
9.NEOPuriersoritsASPshallnotbeheldliableforrepair
or alteraons made without prior wrien approval; for
products clogged by suspended maer, precipitates or
biologicalgrowth;orforfailuresresulngfromthelackof
propermaintenance.
10. NEO Puriers or its ASP cannot & shall not be held
liableforanysickness orillness dueto theconsumpon
ofdrinkingwaterfromanywaterpuriersuppliedbyNEO
Puriers,sinceNEOPuriersoritsASPdoesnothaveany
controloverthemaintenance&usageofwaterpurier.
11. This Warranty Agreement excludes all products/
component parts or damage to any part of this water
purier which, in the opinion of NEO Puriers or its
ASP, have been subjected to misuse; misapplicaon;
negligence; alteraon; accident or operaon contrary
to our instrucons, incompability with accessories
not installed by NEO Puriers or its ASP, or that have
been repaired with component parts other than those
manufacturedbyorobtainedfromNEOPuriersoritsASP.
Damagecausedbyfreezing,ood,reorActofGodisnot
coveredbythisWarranty.Inallsuchcasesregularcharges
willapply.ThislimitedWarrantydoesnotincludeservice
todiagnoseaclaimedmalfunconinthisunit.
12. NEO Puriers reserves the right to alter or improve
design&specicaonsatanyme,withoutanyconngent
obligaons to prospecve buyers or owners of the
productspreviouslysold.
13. Any disagreements & obligaons based upon the
purchaseofNEOPuriersproducts&therebyimposedon
NEOPuriersoritsASPshallbegovernedby&construed
accordingtothelawsofINDIA&subjecttothejurisdicon
ofDelhiCourtsonly.
14.NEOPuriersoritsASPassumesnoWarrantyliability
in connecon with this water purier other than that
specied herein. This Warranty is in lieu of all other
warranes, expressed or implied, including warranes
of tness for a parcular purpose. NEO Puriers or its
ASP does not authorize any person or representaveto
assumeforthemanyotherobligaonsonthesaleofthis
waterpurier.
15.Undernocircumstances,theliabiltyofNEOPuriersor
itsASPshallexceedthevalueoftheproduct.
16. Under no circumstances are the terms menoned
above negoable& no employee of NEOPuriers or its
ASPhastheauthoritytosupersedethem.
NEOwarrantsallnewproductsmanufacturedbyittobefreefromdefectsinmaterialandworkmanshipunder
normalusageandservicefromthedateofpurchaseasunder:
