6. PREPARING A BEVERAGE
6. 2 TWO CAPSULES (E. G. CAPPUCCINO)

Adjust driptray position. Place cup with correct cup size on
drip tray. See "BEVERAGE EXAMPLES" or package. Check if
the water tank contains enough freshdrinking water.

Open locking handle. Pull out capsule holder. Machine
switches on automatically. Indicator light starts blinking
red while machine is heating up for approximately 40
seconds. Afterwards indicator lights steady green. Machine
is ready to be used.

Use volume selector to set volume display in accordance
with the number of bars shownon capsule, or select
amount of bars to your own taste. Choose XL beverage for
an extra big cup. Wait around 1.5 min ifyou want to prepare
a second extra big cup.

Open capsule holder. Make sure rinsing tool is not inside.
Insert first capsule in capsule holder. Close capsule holder.
Insert it back into machine. Close locking handle.

Push selection lever to the "HOT" or "COLD" position as
recommended on capsule packs. Beverage preparation
starts. Wait until extractionstops. Extraction can be
stopped at any time manually by moving the lever back to
the "STOP" position.

After finishing preparation the indicator light blinks red for a
few seconds, and changes to steady green. Lever moves
back to the "Stop" position. During that time do not open
locking handle!

Open locking handle. Pull out capsule holder. Open capsule
holder. Remove usedcapsule. Put used capsule in dustbin.
Pay attentionnot to throw away capsule holder.

Use volume selector to set volume display in accordance
with the number of bars shownon capsule, or select
amount of bars to your own taste.

Insert second capsule in capsule holder. Close capsule
holder. Insert itback into machine. Close locking handle.
