Swiss cheese Bread (1.5 pound loaf)
Ingredients
* 1 1/4 cup water
* 1 tbsp buer or margarine
* 1 1/2 tbsp sugar
* 1 tsp salt
* 1 1/2 tsp hot mustard
* 1 1/2 tsp fennel seed
* 2 tbsp dry milk
* 3 cups white bread our
* 1/3 cup corn meal
* 1/2 cup grated Swiss cheese
* 2 tsp acve dry or 1 1/2 tsp rapid rise
Remove pan and insert mixing paddle.
Measure ingredients and place in pan in the order listed.
Press Menu buon; Select Program #4
Press Crust Color buon to the desired crust color
Press the Start – Stop buon or select the delayed start buon
Perfect Pesto Bread (1.5 pound loaf)
Ingredients
* 1 cup water
* 1/3 cup pesto sauce
* 1 1/2 tbsp sugar
* 1 tsp salt
* 3 cups white bread our
* 1/3 cup wheat bran
* 2 tsp acve dry or 1 1/2 tsp rapid rise
Remove pan and insert mixing paddle.
Measure ingredients and place in pan in the order listed.
Press Menu buon; Select Program #4
Press Crust Color buon to the desired crust color.
Press the Start – Stop buon or select the delayed start buon.
