MEMORY FUNCTION
If you have a power outage or disrupon while using your appliance and power is
restored within 10 minutes, the appliance will automacally resume the program from
when the power was disconnected. If the outage is longer than 10 minutes it will be
necessary to unplug the unit, clean the contents of the bread pan and start again.
DELAYED TIME SETTING
The mer funcon enables delayed baking. If you want the appliance not to start
immediately you can use this buon to set the delay me. Decide how long it will be
unl you want bread to be ready by pressing the “Time”. Please note the delay me
does include the baking me. First the program. loaf size and degree of browning must
be selected, then pressing “Time” to adjust the me at increments of 10 minutes.
Maximum me seng is 13 hours.
Example: It is 8:30 p.m., if you would like your bread to be ready in the next morning at
7 a.m., i.e. in 10 hours and 30 minutes. Select your menu, color, loaf size then press the
“Time” to adjust the me unl 10:30 appears on the display. Then press the “Start” to
acvate the program. Display will show me remaining.
Note: Do not use the delayed me seng when working with perishable ingredients
such as eggs, milk, cream or cheese.

BEFORE BAKING BREAD
• Remove bread pan from appliance, before pung in the ingredients. If ingredients
reach the baking area, a re hazard may be caused by ingredients heang up on the
heater element
.
• Always put the ingredients as stated in order into the bread pan.
• All ingredients should be room temperature to maintain an opmal rising of the
yeast.
• Measure the ingredients precisely. Even small deviaons from the quanes
specied in the recipe may aect the baking results.
Warning: Never use larger quanes than those specied. Too much dough can rise out
of the bread pan and drop onto the hot heang element, causing a re hazard.
BAKING BREAD
Read and understand all safety instrucons.
Note: The maximum quanes of our and yeast is 680g (1.5 lb.) recipes.
1. Place the bread machine on a at and stable surface.
2. Remove bread pan from appliance by using handle turn to the le and li.
3. Push the kneading paddle onto the drive sha in the bread pan. Make sure it is
rmly in place.
4. Put the ingredients into the bread pan. First add the liquids, sugar and salt, then the
our, adding the yeast as the last ingredient. (For best results make sure that yeast
does not come into contact with salt or liquid).
5. Using handle, li and place the bread pan back into the appliance and twist right to
lock.
6. Close the appliance lid.
7. Plug cord into a 120V electrical outlet.
8. Select desired program using the “MENU” buon.
9. Select the crust color (Light, Medium or Dark) using “Color” buon.
10. Select loaf size (1.0 lb or 1.5 lb.) using “LOAF” buon.
