Fill the water tank with potable water. Turn machine ON by either pushing the
slider or touching the controls. Light
will blink on one of the coee touches:
heating up for approximately 25 seconds
Steady light: ready.
Place a cup under the coee outlet. Select the Ristretto control (25 ml / 0.84 oz),
Espresso (40 ml / 1.35 oz) or Lungo
(110 ml / 3.7 oz) based on the chosen
Grand Cru recommended cup size. You
can select the desired coee control
even when the machine is still heating
up. The coee will then ow automati-
cally when the machine is ready.
Preparation will stop automatically. The
capsule will be automatically ejected.
Close the slider.Completely open the slider and insert a
Nespresso capsule.

The machine suggests the most fre-
quently chosen cup size (based on last
11 coees), Espresso as factory setting.
You can change this by selecting any
other control.
