Why is there no light indicator on my Nespresso CITIZ PLATINUM?
    • C
      Christian VelezSep 6, 2025
If your Nespresso Coffee Maker has no light indicator, there might be several reasons. First, check the power outlet, plug, voltage, and fuse. If there are any issues, it's best to contact Nespresso directly. Also, if this is your first time using the machine, fill the water tank with warm water (up to 55 °C / 130 °F) and run it through as instructed on page 11. Ensure the water tank isn't empty and that descaling isn't needed. Lastly, preheat your cup.
