TROUBLESHOOTING
No light indicator
• Check the power outlet, plug, voltage, and
fuse. In case of problems, call Nespresso.
No coee,
no water
• First use: fill water tank with water
(max. 55° C / 130 F) and run through
machine according to instructions
on page 11.
• Water tank is empty. Fill water tank.
• Descale if necessary; see Descaling section
on page 18.
Coee comes out
very slowly
• Flow speed depends on the coee variety.
• Descale if necessary; see Descaling section
on page 18.
Coee is not hot
enough
• Descale if necessary; see Descaling section
on page 18.
Error mode:
The 2 lights flash
fast together every
3 seconds
• Unplug the machine and plug it in again.
If the problem persist, call Nespresso.
In case of intensive use (more than 10 coees in one go,
without stop), the machine can go into overheating mode.
Wait a maximum of 10 minutes before using it again. Both
buons will flash slowly, do not unplug the machine. This is
a normal step aer a rest period to protect the pump.
