The New England Decorative
Mounting Post is designed to
showcase a variety of outdoor fixtures
such as bird houses, bird feeders, solar
lights, etc. (purchased separately).
The true 4"x4" vinyl post design will
provide support for outdoor fixtures
with a 4"x4" mounting base/cap (not
included in this kit). Please confirm
that your outdoor fixture has a 4"x4"
mounting base/cap intended to fit
over a true 4"x4" post.

Step One: Assemble Base Molding

Apply glue to the base molding post, then attach the base and cap components together.

Step Two: Install Anchor Post

Drive Anchor Post into Ground

Position and drive the anchor post into the ground, checking for levelness during installation.

Step Three: Attach Trim Cap and Base Mold

Apply Glue and Slide Trim Cap

Apply glue to the post at a specified height and slide the trim cap until it sets.

Step Four: Mount Post and Fixture

Fasten Post to Anchor and Attach Fixture

Slide the post onto the anchor, secure with screws, and attach the outdoor fixture.
