disconnectedhosesandttings.Removeidentication
tagsaftermakingthehoseandwireconnections.
NOTE:Thephotosinthisproceduremaybedifferentfrom
yourmachineandareforreferenceonly.
1.Positiontheengineinthemachine.
NOTICE:Makesurethattheexplate/converterassembly
staysinplaceonthetransmission.

2.Installandtightentheatwashersandcapscrewsse-
curingthetransmissiontotheengine.
Tightencapscrewstoatorqueof52–57N·m(38
–42lbft).
Installandtightenthefrontenginemountingbolts,at
washers,andnuts.
Tightentheself-lockingnutstoatorqueof90–
100N·m(66–74lbft).
3.Disconnecttheliftingequipmentfromtheliftingeyeson
theengine.

4.Tightenthecapscrewsthroughtheaccessinthey-
wheelhousing(1)andfastentheywheeltotheex
plate.Tightencapscrewstoatorqueof52–57N·m
(38–42lbft)whenxingthetorqueconverter.
5.Installtheaccesscovertothebellhousing.
Tightenittoatorquevalueof52–57N·m(38–
42lbft).
6.Installthestarterontotheengine.
Tightenittoatorquevalueof40N·m(29lbft).
