What to do if my NewAir AH-450B shuts off unexpectedly?

If your NewAir Heater shuts off unexpectedly or doesn't operate, there could be several reasons. First, ensure the heater is properly plugged into a working electrical outlet. If the set temperature is lower than the room temperature, increase the set temperature. It's normal for the heater to stop when the room reaches the set temperature; it will restart when the room cools. Also, check for obstructions if a safety device was triggered. If there is an obstruction, turn off and unplug the heater, wait 10 minutes, remove the obstruction, then plug it back in and restart it. If the issue persists, contact NewAir Customer Support.
