9.0 Transfers
9.1 Lateral Transfer
1. Place the wheelchair as close as possible to where you want to perform the transfer (chair, bed etc.)
2. Using the lift function, if necessary adjust the seat height.
3. Turn off the control.
4. If necessary raise the footrest.
5. Raise the armrest
6. Fold the protected garment. To do this, pull the protected garment upwards, and then to the outside to rotate.
7. You can transfer by dragging on the protected garment (maximum load on the end of the protected clothing 80 kg).
Note: For transfers requiring more than 80 kg on protected garment, it is imperative to remove the outside extremity of the protected-
clothing on the transfer point or use a transfer board.
9.2 Frontal Transfer
1. Place the wheelchair in front of the seat base to where you want to perform the transfer.
2. Using the lift function, if necessary adjust the height of the seat.
3. Turn off the control.
4. If necessary raise the footrest.
5. You can transfer by taking support on the armrest.
