Here’s how to troubleshoot: 1. Ensure the RCD and circuit breaker in the consumer unit are turned on. 2. Check that the power cables are securely inserted into the terminal block of the charge point. 3. Use a voltage tester to confirm the power cable is live (230 Volt (± 10%)) between L1 and N. 4. Reboot the charge point by turning it off at the circuit breaker, wait 20 seconds, and turn it back on. Allow 10 minutes for rebooting. 5. If possible, test with a different charge cable known to work on another charge point.
