  If your Nexgrill grill won't light immediately, ensure you have a spark while attempting to light the burner. If there's no spark, check if the battery is installed correctly and that the wire is connected to the electrode assembly. Clean the wire(s) and/or electrode with rubbing alcohol and a clean swab, then wipe with a clean cloth. Check if the other burners operate; if so, inspect the gas orifice on the malfunctioning burner for any obstructions.

  If your Nexgrill grill only heats to 200-300°F, check the fuel hose for any bends or kinks. Ensure the grill area, burner, and orifices are free of dust, spiders, and insects. The regulator might have a safety device activated, restricting gas flow even without a leak. To reset it, turn off all burners, close the LP tank valve, disconnect the regulator, wait one minute, reconnect it, slowly open the LP tank valve fully, then light all burners and monitor the temperature.
