  If your Nexgrill Gas grill is not heating properly, check the fuel hose for any bends or kinks. Ensure the grill area, burner, and orifices are free of dust, spiders, and insects. Also, the regulator might have been triggered by a safety device. To reset it, turn off all burners, close the LP tank valve, disconnect the regulator, wait one minute, reconnect, slowly open the LP tank valve fully, and then light all burners.

If there's no spark, verify the battery is correctly installed and the wire is connected to the electrode assembly. Clean the wire(s) and/or electrode with rubbing alcohol and a clean swab, then wipe with a clean cloth. Also, check if the other burners operate; if so, inspect the gas orifice on the malfunctioning burner for any obstructions.

Try spreading the cover and letting it relax, preferably in warm sunlight or a warm room. For grills with a side shelf, bunch the cover like a sock and put it on from left to right.
