Burner Output (LP Gas):
Burner Output (NG Gas):
Gas Type: Liquid Propane (LP) or Natural Gas (NG). Conversion kit for NG is included. LP Cylinder Requirement: Standard 20lb LP gas cylinder (not included), 463.5 mm / 18-1/4 in. high, 310 mm / 12-1/4 in. diameter. Must have an Overfilling Prevention Device (OPD) and a QCC1 connection. Manifold Pressure: 11" water column (W.C.) for LP. Clearances: Minimum 91 cm / 36 in. from sides and back to combustible construction. Construction: Stainless steel components for durability. Ignition: Electronic ignition module for all burners. Cooking Area: Features multiple cooking grids (A and B) and a warming rack. Temperature Monitoring: Integrated temperature gauge in the main lid.
Ignition: To light a burner, push and turn the corresponding control knob to the desired position while pressing and holding the electronic ignition button. For the rotisserie and sear burners, remove cooking utensils before lighting. If a burner fails to ignite, wait 5 minutes for accumulated gas to dissipate before reattempting. Match lighting is also possible as an alternative. Temperature Control: Individual control knobs allow precise temperature adjustment for each burner, enabling various cooking methods from high-heat searing to low-heat roasting. The temperature gauge helps monitor internal grill temperature. Cooking Methods:
Burner Cleaning: Regular cleaning of burner tubes is crucial to prevent blockages from spiders and insects, which can cause flare-ups. Burners should be inspected at least annually or if yellow flames or uneven heating occur. Grill Grate Cleaning: Clean cooking grids immediately after use while the grill is still warm using a barbecue brush and soapy water. This helps remove food particles before they harden. Grease Tray Cleaning: The grease tray should be emptied and wiped periodically to prevent grease accumulation and potential fires. A small amount of sand can be placed in the tray to absorb grease. Stainless Steel Care: Clean stainless steel surfaces with a mild cleaner, rubbing in the direction of the grain. Avoid abrasive pads. For visible scratches, lightly sand with 100-grit emery paper in the direction of the grain. Leak Testing: Periodically check all gas connections for leaks using a soapy water solution. Bubbles indicate a leak, which must be repaired immediately. General Maintenance: The manual emphasizes that proper cleaning and maintenance ensure the longevity and safe operation of the grill. Any repairs or part replacements should be done with factory-authorized parts and, if necessary, by a qualified technician. Storage: When storing the grill indoors, the LP cylinder must be disconnected and stored outdoors in a well-ventilated area, out of reach of children.
