How to fix Nexgrill 720-0925P that will not light immediately?
    • L
      Loretta ThompsonJul 28, 2025
If your Nexgrill grill won't light immediately, ensure you see a spark while trying to light the burner. If there's no spark, check if the battery is correctly installed and that the wire is connected to the electrode assembly. Clean the wire(s) and/or electrode with rubbing alcohol and a clean swab, then wipe with a clean cloth. Check if the other burners operate; if they do, inspect the gas orifice on the malfunctioning burner for any obstructions.

What to do if my Nexgrill Grill only heats to 200-300°F?
    • R
      Richard ColeAug 2, 2025
If your Nexgrill Grill only heats to 200-300°F, check if the fuel hose is bent or kinked. Clear the grill area of any dust, and ensure the burner and orifices are clean, checking for any spiderwebs or insects. The regulator might have a safety device restricting gas flow, even without a leak. To reset it, turn off all burners and close the LP tank valve. Disconnect the regulator from the LP tank and wait one minute. Reconnect the regulator and slowly open the LP tank valve fully. Light all burners and observe the temperature.

What to do if the full size cover does not fit my Nexgrill Grill?
    • B
      Brooke EspinozaAug 6, 2025
If the full-size cover does not fit your Nexgrill Grill, ensure that the cover is the correct length for your grill by measuring it from left to right and comparing it to the grill’s measurement. Compare the location and size of the hood portion of the cover to your grill. Because it may be a tight fit, spread the cover and allow it to relax, preferably in warm sunlight or in a warm room. For grills with a side shelf, bunch the cover like a sock and put it on from left to right.

Why does my Nexgrill 720-0925P Grill take so long to preheat?
    • C
      Cory WashingtonAug 11, 2025
If your Nexgrill Grill takes a long time to preheat, note that normal preheating to 500-600°F takes about 10-15 minutes. Cold weather and wind may affect preheat time. Also, using volcanic rock or briquettes can increase both the preheat time and maximum temperature.

Why is the regulator on my Nexgrill 720-0925P Grill making noise?
    • P
      patriciacortezAug 17, 2025
If the regulator on your Nexgrill Grill is making noise, it might be due to a plugged vent hose or a faulty regulator. Ensure the vent hole on the regulator is not obstructed. Clear the hole, close the gas control valves, wait ten minutes, and restart. Check your flames for proper performance; if the flames are not correct, replace the regulator.
  • K
    Kristin PerryAug 21, 2025
Why are the burner flames on my Nexgrill 720-0925P Grill not light blue?
    • N
      nicholas27Aug 22, 2025
If the burner flames on your Nexgrill Grill are not light blue, it could be due to too much or not enough air for the flame. Elevation is a principal cause, but cold weather can also affect the mixture. Burner adjustment may be required. Also consider if the grill is in a windy location.
