How to fix a Nexgrill 720-0925V that won't light immediately?
    • S
      Susan RobersonAug 4, 2025
If your Nexgrill Grill won't light immediately, ensure you see a spark when lighting the burner. If there's no spark, check the battery installation and wire connection to the electrode assembly. Clean the wire(s) and/or electrode with rubbing alcohol and a clean swab, then wipe with a clean cloth. Check if other burners operate; if so, inspect the gas orifice on the malfunctioning burner for any obstructions.

Why does my Nexgrill 720-0925V Grill take a long time to preheat?
    • P
      Penny PowellAug 9, 2025
If your Nexgrill Grill is taking a long time to preheat, cold weather and wind may be affecting it. A normal preheat to 500-600°F should take about 10-15 minutes. Note that using volcanic rock or briquettes can increase preheat time and maximum temperature.

What to do if my Nexgrill 720-0925V Grill cover does not fit?
    • F
      Francis MolinaAug 13, 2025
If the full-size cover doesn't fit your Nexgrill Grill, ensure it's the correct length by measuring it left to right and comparing it to your grill's dimensions. Check the hood portion's location and size against your grill. Spread the cover and allow it to relax, preferably in warm sunlight or in a warm room. For grills with a side shelf, bunch the cover like a sock and put it on from left to right.

Why are the burner flames not light blue on my Nexgrill Grill?
    • E
      Erica HodgeAug 19, 2025
If the burner flames on your Nexgrill Grill are not light blue, there might be too much or not enough air for the flame. Elevation is a principal cause, but cold weather can also affect the mixture. Burner adjustment may be required, or the grill might be in a windy location.

What to do if my Nexgrill Grill only heats to 200-300°F?
    • N
      njonesAug 25, 2025
If your Nexgrill grill is only heating to 200-300°F, it might be due to the regulator's safety device restricting gas flow because of a perceived leak. First, check the fuel hose for any bends or kinks. Clear the grill area of any dust and ensure the burner and orifices are clean, checking for any obstructions like spiders or insects. To reset the safety device, turn off all burners and close the LPG tank valve. Disconnect the regulator from the LPG tank and wait one minute. Reconnect the regulator to the LPG tank, slowly open the LPG tank valve fully, and then light all burners, observing the temperature.

Why is the regulator on my Nexgrill Grill making noise?
    • A
      Annette GilbertAug 29, 2025
If the regulator on your Nexgrill Grill is making noise, the vent hose might be plugged or the regulator could be faulty. Check the regulator's vent hole for obstructions and clear it if necessary. Then, close the gas control valves, wait ten minutes, and restart the grill. Observe the flames for proper performance; if they're incorrect, consider replacing the regulator.
