How to fix Nexgrill Grill that won't light immediately?
    • G
      gjenkinsAug 4, 2025
If your Nexgrill grill won't light immediately, ensure you see a spark while attempting to light the burner. If there's no spark, check the battery installation and wire connection to the electrode assembly. Clean the wire(s) and/or electrode with rubbing alcohol and a clean swab, then wipe with a clean cloth. Check if other burners operate; if they do, inspect the gas orifice on the malfunctioning burner for any obstructions.

What to do if my Nexgrill 720-0925S Grill only heats to 200-300°F?
    • W
      wclarkAug 9, 2025
If your Nexgrill grill only heats to 93-149°C / 200-300°F, you should first check the fuel hose for any bends or kinks. Ensure the grill area is free of dust and that the burner and orifices are clean, checking for any obstructions like spiders or insects. The regulator might have a safety device activated, restricting gas flow, even without a leak. To reset it, turn off all burners, close the LP tank valve, disconnect the regulator, wait one minute, reconnect, slowly open the LP tank valve fully, then light all burners and observe the temperature.

Why does my Nexgrill Grill take so long to preheat?
    • C
      Christina KellerAug 14, 2025
If your Nexgrill grill takes a long time to preheat, keep in mind that cold weather and wind can affect preheating time. A normal preheat to 260-316°C / 500-600°F should take about 10-15 minutes. Also, using volcanic rock or briquettes can increase the preheat time and maximum temperature.

Why is the regulator on my Nexgrill 720-0925S making noise?
    • C
      Craig BrownAug 19, 2025
If the regulator on your Nexgrill grill is making noise, the vent hose on the regulator may be plugged, or the regulator itself may be faulty. Make sure the vent hole on the regulator is not obstructed. Clear the hole, then close the gas control valves, wait ten minutes, and restart. Check the flames for proper performance; if they are not correct, consider replacing the regulator.

Why are the burner flames on my Nexgrill 720-0925S Grill not light blue?
    • M
      Marissa HaynesAug 25, 2025
If the burner flames on your Nexgrill grill are not light blue, it could be due to too much or not enough air for the flame. Elevation is a principal cause, but cold weather can also affect the mixture. Burner adjustment may be required, or the grill may be in a windy location.

What to do if my Nexgrill 720-0925S cover doesn't fit?
    • D
      David GarciaAug 29, 2025
If the full-size cover does not fit your Nexgrill grill, the cover may be incorrect for your grill model or it may be a tight fit. Ensure the cover is the correct length by measuring it from left to right and comparing it to the grill's measurement. Compare the location and size of the hood portion of the cover to your grill. Try spreading the cover and allowing it to relax, preferably in warm sunlight or a warm room. For grills with a side shelf, bunch the cover like a sock and put it on from left to right.
