What to do if my Nexgrill Grill won’t light?

  If your Nexgrill Grill won’t light when you rotate the control knob, start by checking if the LP tank is empty. Then, clean the wires and/or electrode by rubbing them with alcohol and a clean swab, and wipe with a dry cloth. Ensure the wire is properly connected to the electrode assembly. Also, check if other burners are working; if they are, inspect the gas orifice on the malfunctioning burner for any obstructions.

  If your Nexgrill grill isn't getting hot enough even with the knob in the 'HIGH' position: 1. First, make sure the issue is only happening with one burner. 2. Clean the orifice and burner, and clear any blockages from the ports. 3. Check for a bent or kinked fuel hose. 4. Make sure the air shutter is properly adjusted. 5. Check for proper gas supply and pressure. 6. Pre-heat the grill for a full 15 minutes. 7. If you're using LP gas, check if the tank is empty.
