TO RECHARGE THE BATTERIES
Attach the provided USB cord to the port at the side of the light
and attach the other end to an appropriate 5V charger. Full charge
should take approximately 3 hours. During operation, when the
unit’s battery is low and needs to be charged, a red LED light will
illuminate. When the unit is charging a red LED will illuminate.
When the battery is fully charged, the LED will turn green.

product fails due to defect in materials or
workmanship, NextLED

will at its option, repair it or replace it
with the same or comparable model, free of charge.
For repair or replacement under warranty, return to the retail
establishment where the product was purchased.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have
other rights that vary from state to state.
This warranty is void if damage or defect has resulted from accident,
abuse, misuse or faulty repair. In no event will NextLED

be liable for
any consequential, special, incidental, or indirect damages of any
kind arising out of the use or misuse of this product.
Maximum liability shall not in any case exceed the purchase price
of the product including shipping. Some states do not allow the
exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the
above exclusions or limitations may not apply to you.
Your product, accessories and packaging should be discarded
in an environmentally responsible way.
