Step 19: Re-attach the Ceiling Panel by sliding the Metal Tabs of the Interface Plate into the Slotted Holes on the Carrier Shroud, hooking the Safety Lanyard
onto the Carrier Base, then pressing the Pins into the Latches on the Carrier Shroud again.
