fabricación por un período de 3 (tres) meses (garantía
legal) más 9 (nueve) meses de garantía adicional, lo
que se demuestra presentando una factura de compra
del producto por el consumidor nal.
En caso de un posible problema con el producto, debe
enviarse a un distribuidor autorizado Nice Brazil para
esta línea de productos, y si se encuentra un defec-
to de fabricación, la reparación a discreción de Nice
Brasil puede incluir el reemplazo de piezas o placas
con Productos equivalentes nuevos o reacondiciona-
dos. Este producto y las piezas reemplazadas estarán
garantizados por el resto del plazo original. La garantía
perderá su validez si se produce alguna de las siguien-
tes hipótesis:
a) No se observan las especicaciones técnicas del
producto y las recomendaciones del Manual de insta-
lación con respecto a las condiciones de aplicación y la
idoneidad del lugar para la instalación, como el voltaje
eléctrico compatible con el producto, las característi-
cas de uso, etc.
b) Hay daños causados por accesorios o equipos co-
nectados al producto que no forman parte de la línea
de productos del Grupo Nice Brazil;
c) Ha habido mal uso, mala conservación o si el pro-
ducto ha sufrido cambios o modicaciones estéticas o
funcionales, así como si ha sido reparado por perso-
nas o entidades no acreditadas por Nice Brasil;
d) Cuando el daño al producto se debe a accidentes,
siniestros, agentes de la naturaleza (rayos, inundacio-
nes, deslizamientos de tierra, etc.), humedad, voltaje
en la red eléctrica (sobrevoltaje causado por acci-
dentes o uctuaciones excesivas en la red eléctrica),
inuencia de naturaleza química o electromagnético,
debido al desgaste natural de piezas, piezas y com-
ponentes;
e) Cuando hay fallas en el funcionamiento normal
del producto debido a la falta de limpieza y al exceso
de residuos, a una mala conservación, así como a la
acción de los animales (insectos, roedores o anima-
les domésticos), o incluso, debido a la existencia de
objetos en el interior , ajeno a su funcionamiento y
nalidad de uso;
f) El certicado de garantía o el número de serie/lote
están rayados o muestran signos de adulteración.
g) El producto ha sido manipulado y se han encontrado
piezas no originales.
h) Cuando no se presenta la factura de compra del
producto.
i) En el caso de que el Consumidor solicite atención
domiciliaria, debe dirigirse al Servicio autorizado más
cercano para consultar la tarifa de la visita técnica. Si
se encuentra la necesidad de retirar el producto, los
gastos resultantes, el transporte, la seguridad de la y
vuelta del producto están bajo la responsabilidad del
consumidor.
Si no se encuentra ningún defecto de fabricación y se
identican fallas de instalación o uso indebido, el con-
sumidor debe asumir los gastos.
El envío y el embalaje del producto corren por cuenta y
riesgo del comprador. Siendo estas las condiciones de
este Período de garantía complementario, Nice Brasil
se reserva el derecho de cambiar las características
generales, técnicas y estéticas de sus productos sin
previo aviso.

01 - WARNING
Read these instructions carefully before using the pro-
duct. If in doubt, contact your dealer.
02 - SPECIFICATIONS
- Transmission frequency: 433.92 MHz
- Number of buttons: INTI1 = 1 button, INTI2 = 2 but-
tons
- Coding: Rolling Code / Opera
- Power supply: 01 3V battery (CR 2032).
03 - RECORDING CONTROLS AT THE
CENTRALS
To encode this controller, the entire encoding process
in the control panel manual must be followed. Please
consult its manual.
04 - BATTERY REPLACEMENT
1 - Using a pointed-end object, press the open button
behind the control;
2 - Open carefully and remove the battery;
3 - Insert the new battery and close the control.
ATTENTION:
- Check the correct polarity of the battery.
- After use, the battery should be disposed of in a sui-
table place.
05 - CHANGING THE TRANSMITTER
CODE
Check the manual for your center in Nice for the accep-
ted transmission methods.
1 - Remove the battery;
2 - Press and hold key 1 on the transmitter;
3 - Insert the battery;
4 - Hold the key down for 10 seconds (the LED will be
on during this period);
5 - The transmitter LED will ash 3 times.

4 - Hold the key down for 10 seconds (the LED will be
on during this period);
5 - The transmitter LED will ash 4 times.
05.2 - CHANGING TO “OPERA”
“This device has no right to protection against harmful
interference and must not cause interference in proper-
ly authorized systems.”
06 - WARRANTY TERM
05.1 - CHANGING TO “ROLLING CODE”
The products in the Automation and Security segment
are guaranteed for all pieces, parts and components
against possible manufacturing defects for a period of
3 (three) months (legal warranty) plus 9 (nine) months
additional warranty, certied by presenting a product
voucher by the end user.
In the event of a potential problem with the product, it
should be sent to an authorized Nice Brasil distributor
for this product line, and if a manufacturing defect is
found, the repair may, at Nice Brasil’s discretion, in-
clude replacing parts or plates with equivalent new or
refurbished products. This product and the replaced
parts are guaranteed for the rest of the original term.
The warranty becomes invalid if any of the following
hypotheses occurs:
a) The technical specications of the product and the
recommendations in the Installation Manual are not
observed regarding the conditions of use and the sui-
tability of the installation site, such as the voltage com-
patible with the product, the characteristics of use, etc.
b) There is damage caused by accessories or equip-
ment attached to the product that are not part of the
Nice Brasil Group product line.
c) It has been misused, improperly stored, or if the
product has undergone aesthetic and / or functional
changes or modications, as well as repaired by per-
sons or organizations that have not been accredited
by Nice Brasil.
d) When the damage to the product is due to accidents,
loss, agents of nature (lightning, oods, landslides,
etc.), moisture, voltage in the power grid (overvoltage
due to accidents or excessive uctuations in the power
grid) inuence of chemical or electromagnetic nature
due to the natural wear of parts, pieces and compo-
nents;
e) When there are failures in the normal operation of
the product due to the lack of cleaning and excess
waste, poor conservation, as well as due to the action
of animals (insects, rodents or domestic animals), or
even, due to the existence of objects inside , foreign to
its operation and purpose of use
f)Warranty certicate or serial / batch number are stre-
aked or show signs of tampering.
g)The product has been tampered and no original parts
were found.
h)If the purchase invoice for the product is not pre-
sented.
i)In the event that the consumer requests home care,
he/she must contact the nearest Authorized
Service to consult the technical visit fee. If it is determi-
ned that the product needs to be removed, the resulting
costs, transportation, security to return of the product
are under the consumers responsibility.
If no manufacturing defect is found and defects due to
improper installation or use are found, the consumer
must bear the costs.
Shipping and packaging of the product are at the risk
and expense of the buyer. As these are the terms of
this complementary Warranty Term, Nice Brasil re-
serves the right to change the general, technical and
aesthetic properties of its products without prior notice.
