Description: The Cartlift is answering a Call demand to pick up a cart.
Cartlift Cart ON Fault Activated, Cart ON Fault, Cartlift: CART ON FAULT
Description: A cart has been detected inside the cartlift when there is no demand in the system.
Troubleshooting: Check the Cartlift for any carts or the CartMatic transfer equipment.
Cartlift Cart ON Fault Deactivated (see Cartlift Cart ON Fault Activated)
Cartlift Dispatch Mode
Description: Cartlift Dispatch mode has been activated (see job specs for operation details).
Cartlift Dispatch/Return Mode
Description: Cartlift Dispatch/Return mode has been activated (see job specs for operation details).
Cartlift Fault Activated, Cartlift Fault, Cartlift: FAULT
Description: A Cartlift fault has been detected due to a cartlift equipment failure.
Tro ubleshooting:
1. Check the CartMatic fault input to the controller and related equipment, e.g. doors, Cartmatic, etc.
2. Press the CartMatic Stalled reset button to clear the fault.
Cartlift Fault Deactivated (see Cartlift Fault Activated)
Cartlift Load, Cartlift: LOAD
Description: A Cartlift load cycle is in progress.
Cartlift Maintenance Mode
Description: Cartlift Maintenance mode has been activated (see job specs for operation details).
Cartlift Load Failure Activated, Cartlift Load Failure, Cartlift: LOAD FAIL
Description: During the load cycle, a cart was not detected inside the Cartlift within a user defined time.
Tro ubleshooting:
1. Check related cart transfer equipment or adjust the related user defined timer.
2. If on manual mode, make sure a cart is manually pushed inside the Cartlift.
Cartlift Load Failure Deactivated (see Cartlift Load Failure Activated)
Cartlift Return Mode
Description: Cartlift Return mode has been activated (see job specs for operation details)
Cartlift Send, Cartlift: SEND
Description: The Cartlift is answering a Send demand to deliver a car.
Cartlift Send Fail, Cartlift SEND FAIL
Description: Unable to register the Send demand due to a car being detected at the floor where the loaded
car is to be delivered.
Cartlift Unload, Cartlift: UNLOAD
Description: A Cartlift unload cycle is in progress.
Cartlift Unload Failure Activated, Cartlift Unload Failure, Cartlift: UNLOAD FAIL
Description: During an unload cycle, a cart was still detected inside the Cartlift within a user defined time.
Tro ubleshooting:
1. Check related cart transfer equipment or adjust the related user defined timer.
2. If on Manual mode, make sure a cart is manually removed from the Cartlift.
Cartlift Unload Failure Deactivated (see Cartlift Unload Failure Activated)
Car Stop Switch Open, CAR STOP SWITCH OPEN
Description: The car panel stop switch input has dropped (in-car stop switch has been activated). This switch
may be bypassed during special modes of operation such as fire, CFSS, or EMS.
Car Reaction: Emergency stop if running. The car is not allowed to run again until the car panel stop switch
is moved to the RUN position.
Tro ubleshooting:
1. Check the in-car stop switch and switch connections.
2. Check current mode of operation and verify that the stop switch operation is as expected.
