Determine the most prac cal under-the-sink loca on for placement of the
WaterMaker Five system. Ensure that the loca on allows adequate access for
cartridge re placement.
1. Place the system in the selected loca on.
2. Place the escutcheon (1) and rubber seal (2) fl ush against the base of the
faucet.
3. Insert faucet base assembly down through the sink hole.
4. From underneath the sink, push the 1/4” black drain tubing a ached to the
system onto the 1/4” fi ng located on the faucet base.
5. Locate the extra piece of 3/8” white tubing and push one end onto the larger
3/8” fi ng located on the faucet base.
6. Slide white plas c spacer (3) open-end-up onto the threaded faucet stem.
7. Loosely thread the 3/8" washer (4) and moun ng lock nut (5) onto the
threaded stem.
8. Thread faucet quick-connect adapter (6) on to threads of faucet stem. NOTE:
This connec on should be hand- ghtened only. Push end of 3/8" blue tubing
(located on the system) onto 3/8" adapter.
9. Posi on the faucet to the desired handle orienta on. Slip the (7) slo ed
washer between the white plas c spacer and the sink. Securely hand ghten
the moun ng nut.
10. Firmly insert spout assembly into the top hole of faucet body (approximately
1/4"). You may swivel the faucet le or right.
