What to do if my Nippon Oil Pump Water Pump has no oil discharge and the breaker trips?

If your Nippon Oil Pump Water Pump has no oil discharge and the breaker trips, start by checking the power supply equipment to ensure the motor rotates. Reset the solenoid valve or breaker if they have tripped. Inspect the power supply cable for disconnections or poor connections, and replace or reconnect it as needed. Overloading could also be the cause, so consider using a motor with a higher output rating or a pump with a lower capacity. If the pump won’t rotate or rotates unsmoothly by hand, repair or replace the pump. If you find it difficult to choose the right motor or pump, please consult after checking oil viscosity, required pressure and pipe layout.
