taxes)tocovertransferandadministrativefees.

11.4 WARRANTYEXCLUSIONS
IMPORTANT
THISLIMITEDWARRANTYDOESNOTCOVERDAMAGEORIMPROPEROPERATION
CAUSEDBY:
a) Impropercapacity,useor maintenanceoftheheatpumpthat doesnotcomply withthe instructionsin
theOwner’sManual,provincialorstatebuildingcodesormunicipalregulations.
b) Improper installation of the heat pump or installation performed by persons not authorized by the
Company.
c) Improper use, negligence, accident or force majeure which includes such events as flood, lightning,
earthquake,tornado,hailandanyotherunpredictable,irresistibleeventknownasan“ActofGod.”
d) Freezing or erosion of the piping or the internal components of the heat pump due to improper
winterizing, poor water quality, infiltration of sand or other abrasive substances into the heat pump’s
internalworkings.
e) Prematurecorrosionofthetitaniumcoolanttubingresultingfromimproperuseofchemicalproductsin
thepool(e.g.:pH,chlorineorsalinitylevelsthatareaboveorbelowthestandard).
Modification,alteration,repairorreplacementofpartsperformedbypersonsnotauthorizedbythe
company.
