The machine has stopped
dehumidifying
Room temperature is outside the
operating temperature range
The device starts automatically when
the operating temperature is reached
Clothes are not dried fast enough
Room temperature is too low
Wet clothes may dry more slowly at a
lower temperature
Make sure that the phenomena listed below occur while the above faults are not included:
Intermittent stop during operation
Small dehumidification capacity
Dehumidification performance decreases with room
temperature and humidity. See picture above.
The humidity in the room cannot be reduced
The area of the room is too large, which is beyond the use
of a dehumidifier.
The doors and windows of the room are not closed.
The machine unit is operated together with a kerosene
heater (which releases steam).
The smell can come from walls, furniture and other things.
The dehumidifier makes a sound during operation.
The sound emitted by the flowing refrigerant can be
eliminated or automatically reduced while the system
operates stably.
After unpacking, there is water in the water tank
Since each unit has been factory tested before leaving the
factory, some of the water that remains on the evaporator
flows into the water tank.
When the water tank is full, the FULL light will come on to
remind you.
