What to do if my Noblelift ACX 10E high-lift pallet truck won't lift the load but the pump works?

  If the high-lift pallet truck from Noblelift doesn't lift the load despite the pump working, it might be due to several reasons. First, the load could be too heavy, activating the overload valve; try reducing the load. Second, the lowering valve may not be closing properly due to dirt or rust, in which case you should clean or replace it. Also, check the wiring, as a disconnected electric circuit could be the cause. A defective electromagnetic contactor KM or an obstructed lifting switch could also be the problem; replace the contactor or check/replace the switch, respectively. Finally, check the pump.

Why is the raised load lowering automatically on my Noblelift ACX 10E?

  If a raised load is lowering automatically on your Noblelift Lifting Systems, it could be due to a few reasons. There might be a leakage in the hydraulic system, in which case you should replace the seal. Another possibility is that the lowering valve isn't closing properly because of dirt; try cleaning or replacing the valve. Also, the valve set-up might be incorrect, so you should adjust the lowering valve. Finally, the pressure relief valve may have a leakage.
