Why is there excessive paint mist (overspray) with my NOCRY Paint Sprayer?

  Excessive paint mist, also known as overspray, can occur for several reasons. It might be due to too great a distance between the sprayer and the object, applying too much coating material, high air pressure, over-diluted coating substance, or incorrect spraying technique. Try reducing the distance to the object, decreasing the material volume, lowering the air pressure, reducing the coating material's dilution, or consulting the manual page 23 for proper spraying techniques.

  A pulsating spray jet can happen when the coating material in the container is running low, the air filter is dirty, the feed tube has come loose, or the feed tube is clogged. Refill the container with more coating material, clean or change the air filter, reinsert the feed tube, or clean the feed tube with the included brush.

  If coating material drips from the nozzle, the air cap, nozzle, or needle might be soiled, the spray attachment may be incorrectly assembled, the spray nozzle cap could be loose, or the nozzle tip hole may be worn out. Clean the air cap, nozzle, and needle with the included pin. If needed, reassemble the spray attachment according to the instructions on page 12, tighten the spray nozzle cap, or replace the spray nozzle tip.
